"The Emerging Church" - Friend or Foe?

There is a lot of discussion going on regarding the emerging church. The emerging church "conversation" is causing a lot of concern but it is also generating some important opportunities for learning. I absolutely believe in the authority of God's written word and the historic doctrines of the Christian faith have endured for good reason. However, I do think we must be careful not to rush to judgement about the emerging church movement.
